Golden tickets are on the maps for the October prize draw. This draw will be held on the 29th of October.

There will be 4 winners, each receiving:

Any previous golden ticket prize offered this round

-- or --

1x Ironsides ship + 1x heroic potion
Ironsides stats: (32 Cannons, 40 Crew, 160 Armour, 140 Speed)
The Ironsides will be provided to you in a way that you can either use it or on-sell it.

1x Instant Win Ticket for the next round

-- or --

1x Viking long ship awarded at the start of the next round

Each "Golden Ticket - October" will give you one entry in the draw. You can find tickets by exploring the seas or by being online at random times when tickets are sent to all pirates online. The more tickets you have the more entries you get. You can only win one prize though. If your name is drawn twice, the second ticket will be redrawn.

Each month we plan to have a similar draw, with different prizes. There will also be an end of round draw ("Golden Ticket: End of Round") with a big prize to be announced closer the end of the round.

Also, if you have referred any new players to the game, for each level they gain, you will both be rewarded 1x Golden Ticket: Referral Draw. This draw will have a large prize similar to the end of round golden ticket draw

One thing I have never understood on this game is awarding a powerful ship for a very short time. The top pirates (ones with the most tickets) do not want that or really any other ship at this point in the game. I am very glad the prize was modified to give hero potions because it was useless to have a ship you can not pay for cannons and the crew. So it ends up being a monthly prize that is almost always given away to a lower pirate. No one would want it if you had to pay for the crews.

Thank you for the prize but timing imo could be better. It's not really a prize so late in the round. I guess the vls for the next round start is ok (anyone playing strong will get it or pass that level ship in a couple days (possibly hours)
