Changing Winds

I think it would add another level of difficulty if the NPCs could also randomly attack. Online or offline.

I think it would be beneficial if there was more difficulty added to the game.

I like it.

Though, I'm not in favor of it being offline. It takes away targets that we can attack for leveling.

They do. Golden Frigate, Brits, Stalwart Bucket and Titan come to mind.

Akula... not often enough. I only encounter them once or twice a round. Not enough to keep it interesting.
