We need a new crew member. A silver tongue. If you hit a brit, you can send the silver tongue to convince them you are a merchant. Depending on his level/training whether he is successful. If he isn't they still attack and arrest him as well.

I envision it being a button like auto attack. Maybe even have classes you can do to bolster your chances of succeeding.
