Make Monthly draw more fair for those that can't play as much by it becoming a login requirement. Everyday you login, you get one entry.
Look, my argument is the more you are able to sail, the more tickets you can find. It goes up exponentially, because you also have more navigation points. The winners always center around the same 20 or so pirates, who are so advanced already. The ones who can't spend all day playing really don't have much of a chance.
