Your crew has mutinied! is the second alert I have received and I am unsure of what this means.
Any help with this is greatly appreciated.. This has happened twice in 2 days in which I have had to rehire crew members for my ship.

You need to pay your crew. That will help.

At 2:30pm game time you pay your crew the daily amount shown under your crew list. If you don't have enough in your chest, they mutiny.
